There is something special about the stillness of the night. When the world becomes quiet, the phones stop ringing, the day’s responsibilities have come to an end, and there is finally a moment to simply be. I find a certain kind of peace in those quiet hours. The Golden Years are a time of life often characterized by freedom, wisdom, and the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of decades of hard work and life experiences. However, for some of us the “Golden Years” don’t seem to be that golden.
